ShifaMate Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview
ShifaMate provides digital healthcare services, including doctor consultations, appointment booking, and health-related services. Due to the nature of digital healthcare services, returns do not apply. However, refunds may be issued under specific conditions described below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- If your appointment is cancelled by the doctor.
- If you cancel the appointment within the allowed cancellation time.
- If you are charged but the consultation did not occur due to technical failure.
- If duplicate payment was made due to technical error.
- If ShifaMate fails to provide the purchased service.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- If the consultation has already been successfully completed.
- If you miss your scheduled appointment.
- If you provide incorrect information while booking.
- If dissatisfaction is based on medical outcome or advice.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Appointments can be cancelled at least three hours before the scheduled consultation time.
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund.
- Doctors may cancel appointments due to emergency or availability.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Bank, Card).
