Why we built ShifaMate.
The product started from a practical problem families know well: getting trusted care quickly is still harder than it should be.
We saw how difficult it can be for families to find trusted healthcare quickly. Long queues, scattered prescriptions, limited access to specialists, and lost medical records can turn a simple health question into a stressful experience.
ShifaMate was created to bring the care journey closer to the patient: talk to a doctor online, receive a digital prescription, keep health records secure, and follow up later without starting from zero.
We also believe families think about care broadly. That is why ShifaMate includes human healthcare, pet care, and a roadmap for everyday essentials through the pet shop.
