03Not for emergencies
ShifaMate is not an emergency service. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Information in the app is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.
04Medical disclaimer
- ShifaMate provides access to licensed doctors but does not directly provide medical treatment
- Medical decisions and treatments are solely the responsibility of the doctor and patient
- AI assistant responses are informational only and not medical advice
- Always seek professional medical care for serious conditions
05Payment and fees
- Consultation fees are displayed before booking
- Payments are processed via secure third-party providers
- ShifaMate does not store card or PIN information
- Fees may change at any time
06Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Provide false medical or personal information
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Harass doctors or other users
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the system
07Intellectual property
The ShifaMate name, app, and content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws.
