After a fresh install, open the app and log in yourself. If you already have the app, scan the code with your phone and it opens there directly.

Once you are in the app

   Install ShifaMate, or open the app already on your phone.

   Log in or create an account.

   Choose a doctor in Doctors.

   When the doctor is online, provide the patient details, pay the fee shown in the app, and send your request. Your consultation starts when they accept.

Check the doctor's current status and final fee again in the app. If they are offline, book an appointment or use the bell to request a notification.
